The Jigsaw Mysteries
South Africa
Welcome and thank you for visiting my website. I’m Elaine and my debut children’s novel, The Jigsaw Mysteries is now available to pre-order.
About Elaine Wallace
Elaine lives in the small village of Eaglesham in the Southside of Glasgow with her husband Craig, and their three children, Emily, Christopher and Rebecca. She loves spending time with her family and friends, reading, completing jigsaws and going for long walks. Elaine decided to use a jigsaw as the basis of her stories about a trio of children who travel to different countries to solve mysteries.
Elaine wrote her first book about South Africa after a fantastic holiday there and was excited to share her experiences. She loves nothing more than planning itineraries for holidays and visiting new and exciting places. Elaine is passionate about experiencing and seeing the tourist hotspots, going on beautiful walks and immersing herself in the culture and vibrancy of different areas in Scotland, the United Kingdom and the wider world.

Ostrich Farm
Our next visit was to an ostrich farm. We had a lovely lunch when we arrived of ostrich meat soup, ostrich burgers and wraps, which was delicious. Next, we went on a tour of the Ostrich farm which included seeing the eggs in the incubator, the leather with its spots...
